We provide private, password-protected galleries for clients to view, download, and/or purchase their photographs.

2. Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the gallery.

• You agree not to share access credentials (e.g., gallery passwords) without permission.

• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited activity.

3. Copyright & Image Use

• All images remain the intellectual property of Manniesnaps Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients are granted a limited, non-commercial licence to use downloaded images for personal use (e.g., sharing on social media, printing).

• Commercial use or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

4. Payment & Orders

• Any purchases made via the gallery (e.g., prints, downloads) are final and non-refundable unless the item is defective.

• Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers.

5. Gallery Availability

• Galleries are typically available for 30–90 days, unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to remove galleries after this period or due to storage constraints.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Website downtime or access issues.

• Loss of images due to technical failure after the agreed delivery period.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
